Qualified Individual Form

Applicants to the BLA program must present their proposed degree plan to at least one faculty member or otherwise qualified individual teaching or working in a field related to the student’s professional goals. A Qualified Signature with a degree plan indicates that a student has discussed the relevance and appropriateness of their degree plan with a qualified individual.

A note to signatories: By signing this form you are in no way responsible for the student, their course choices, academic or professional future. This form shows the advisors that the student has taken the time to do background research on their profession of interest and has sought feedback from people whose experience closely matches this interest.
